Orientation team leaders 2015
Orientation Team (OTeam) Leaders are upper-class students that help you to find your way at Siena. Throughout the summer, OTeam Leaders help with Saints Orientation and Registration (SOAR) Days and are available to help new students and parents/supporters during their time with us. During Welcome Week, OTeam Leaders work with first-year students to acclimate them to their new environment. Some of the OTeam Leaders are also Peer Mentors for the first-year students in their LAS100 class.
On the first day of Welcome Week, you will meet your Orientation Team Leaders and your Orientation Team. Orientation Teams are determined by registration, as each is a LAS100 class, which means that students will spend Welcome Week and the next 10 weeks together in class. We find that students create life-long friendships and bonds in their Orientation Teams and do the same with their FYE Instructor.
